Shipping & Delivery Policy

How and when your order ships

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order has shipped. (PO Box addresses not accepted.)

Most orders will arrive within two to five days, depending on transit time to your location. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please note: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. Please review your cart carefully before submitting.

All school orders will be shipped to the address registered to the school. Should you require orders to be shipped to an alternative address, please note you will have to submit a request by signing in to your account and filling out a form.

Shipping Rates & Charges

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all Continental U.S. orders over $250. Orders less than $250 will have a minimum shipping/handling fee of $8.95 added upon checkout.

Note: When “Oversized/Overweight” or “Freight item” and/or “+AS” is indicated for a product, additional shipping charges may apply, as these items require freight delivery. Please call for confirmation/quote.

Overseas shipments are subject to actual shipping rates. Please call to request a quote.
