Returns & Refund Policy
Our return authorization and refund process
Return authorization is required for all returns; items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Customer must apply for a return authorization within 5 business days of receipt of goods, which must include the invoice number and reason for the return.
Approval or denial of request will be granted within 7 days of request submission. ESW is responsible for shipping costs only in cases where the items have been received damaged or defective (with possible exceptions on Custom Orders and/or Oversized/Freight orders).
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns, along with instructions on where to send your package. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs on overweight/freight items, and may also be responsible for a restocking fee.
Custom Orders are eligible for replacement only, and only in the event of damages.
Damaged and Defective Items
Please check all packages upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, take a photo of it and fill out a Return Request Form online.
Any liquids that have been opened cannot be returned, unless they have been received opened or damaged.
Misordered Items
For any items which have been misordered by the customer (an order placed in error but not damaged or defective), the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost. ESW will supply a return shipping label and will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund total.
Refund Process
Once your item is received and inspected at the warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are then processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, after receipt of returned merchandise, less the cost of return shipping if applicable.
Out of Stock Items
Item out of stock? Check the product page again soon—we restock regularly and it may be available to reorder now! If a part of your order could not be fulfilled due to an item selling out, that item will need to be re-ordered.
