How payment and billing work for individuals and institutions
Individual orders
Payment by credit/debit card must accompany all orders from individuals. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges may be added. (See Shipping Charges.)
Schools and authorized institutions
Schools and other authorized institutions have Net 30-day payment terms from the invoice date or upon receipt of ordered items.
All schools and institutions wishing to be considered for such authorization must fill in an application and provide a valid state-issued tax exemption certificate before tax-exempt status can be applied to their account. Certificates must be renewed when expired.
