Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will provide return instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided
Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
